Fondazione Prada in Milan seeks a Learning & Engagement Coordinator to design and oversee educational strategies and mediation activities across the foundation’s spaces, with an inclusive approach to diverse publics.

You will collaborate with the Curatorial and Marketing teams, develop educational tools for schools, lead programs for younger audiences and families, supervise mediation workshops, and monitor impact, with flexible hours and possible remote work.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in educational/mediation programs.
• Degree in Museum Mediation, Art History, or related field.

Mansioni

• Develop and supervise educational strategies and mediation activities.
• Collaborate with Curatorial and Marketing teams to share materials.
• Monitor impact and optimize methodologies in Visitor Experience & Engagement.
