Fondazione Prada is seeking a Learning & Engagement Coordinator to lead educational strategies and mediation projects across its spaces in Milan and partner sites. The role emphasizes inclusive practices, collaboration with curatorial and marketing teams, and delivering engaging educational experiences for diverse publics.

Competenze

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role and in developing educational/mediation programs.
• A degree in Museum Mediation, Art History, Art-Related Education, or a related subject.
• Knowledge of cultural mediation practices and inclusive education methodologies.
• Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).

Mansioni

• Establish an innovative direct mediation program for multiple audience formats.
• Collaborate with Curatorial and share materials with Marketing & Communication teams.
• Oversee indirect mediation and interpretation activities.
• Develop educational tools/resources for schools and teachers.
• Create programs for younger audiences, including family learning contexts.
• Develop programs welcoming individuals with special needs.
• Coordinate ongoing training for internal mediation teams and supervise external teams.
• Supervise mediation activities and workshops hosted by the team.
• Monitor and assess the impact of these activities.
• Improve methodologies and procedures in Visitor Experience & Engagement.
