Job summary

ProductLife Group is seeking a Digital Life Science Principal Consultant to drive the delivery of complex IT software solutions for pharmaceutical clients. You will lead projects across local and international teams, defining scope, planning and coordinating resources, and ensuring GMP compliance.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a preference for those based in northern or southern Italy under a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading digital IT software delivery in pharma (GxP)
• STEM degree preferred (computer science/engineering/biomedical engineering)
• Fluent in Italian and English; strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead local and international projects for pharmaceutical clients in Industrial Operations
• Oversee implementation and integration of life sciences software solutions
• Mentor and develop team members; coordinate with vendors
• Contribute to sales activities such as offers and negotiations
• Perform technical validation and review specifications
