Job summary
Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a DevOps Customer Support Engineer based in Italy for a fully remote role in Europe. You will troubleshoot IaC, Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt, TLS, networking, and cloud issues across SaaS and self-hosted deployments, while guiding customers and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
You will work across Slack, email, and tickets, analyze logs and APM traces, and contribute to documentation and knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience with DevOps technologies (IaC, CI/CD, Docker).
- 2–4 years hands-on with major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Linux experience and strong problem-solving skills.
- Structured, step-by-step guidance to customers; English fluency.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across Slack, email, tickets, and calls.
- Investigate issues using logs, APM traces, and run histories.
- Troubleshoot SaaS and self-hosted environments, including TLS and networking.
- Analyze IaC behavior with Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt.
- Explain policy-driven behavior from OPA/Rego as needed.
- Build customer relationships with clear guidance and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues.
