UTOPIA in Italy is seeking a skilled and creative architect to join our design team for boutique hospitality assets, focusing on early design stages and concept development.

You will conduct design research, develop sketches and drawings (RIBA stages 1–3 primarily), collaborate with interior designers, CGI artists, MEP and structural teams, and mentor juniors while coordinating with clients and the in-house team. Fluency in English and a strong portfolio are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 7–10 years of architectural design experience.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; knowledge of Rhino/Lumion/Enscape preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop design research and generate sketches and drawings at various RIBA stages.
• Collaborate with interior designers, CGI artists, MEP, and structural engineers.
• Lead concept design development and volumetric studies for boutique hospitality assets.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee BIM modelers.
• Coordinate with the AOR to preserve the design intent across design phases.
