Ferrero, based in Alba, Italy, is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Global Data Science & AI team. This role focuses on production‑ready analytics, scalable AI solutions, and enabling data‑driven decisions across categories and geographies.

You will design data cleansing, build ML/AI models (including Generative AI and RAG), and deploy insights with Power BI dashboards. Remote work up to two days/week is offered.

Competenze

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics and data science in an FMCG context is preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Azure, Spark, Scala, and Google Analytics; Databricks knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze diverse datasets (sales, marketing, pricing, macro indicators) and build advanced statistical and AI models.
• Develop, test, and deploy analytical solutions to deliver insights and support decisions.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and self‑service tools for stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and automate analytical pipelines, including AI‑powered data prep and model validation.
