Experteer Italy is seeking a Data Scientist for its Data & Analytics team to translate data into business value through ML and statistical analysis. You will collaborate with leaders, product managers, and engineers to design data-driven solutions aligned with company goals and to maintain scalable ML models.

You will analyze large datasets, forecast trends, and continuously improve the data science pipeline, delivering measurable outcomes in a growth-oriented environment.

Competenze

• Degree in data-related field and strong academic background.
• 5+ years of data science experience solving complex business problems.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align data projects with objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to handle complex and unstructured data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala.
