Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is sourcing a Clinical Contracts Associate for Italy. The role covers contract initiation, review, and negotiation for clinical studies across the EMEA region, with oversight across legal, compliance and clinical operations.

Candidates should have strong clinical contracting experience within the medical device industry, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a highly matrixed, international environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years in clinical research/clinical contracting or medical devices.
• Experience with clinical contracts and budgets in medical devices.
• English writing and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review, negotiate and execute clinical trial contracts, budgets and amendments across EMEA.
• Adapt site budget templates to country-specific requirements.
• Identify risks in clinical agreements and mitigation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Clinical Operations and Finance on contractual language.
• Ensure budgets reflect protocol requirements and company policies.
