Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for Italy (Rome) with remote work options. The role supports diverse therapeutic areas, including regulatory submissions and TMF management, with extensive collaboration across global teams.

You will manage site-related activities, perform SIVs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while traveling as needed. Excellent English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• 4-year university degree or RN/BSN in Nursing.
• English-language communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS and EDC systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s projects, mainly registries/non-interventional studies.
• Identify prospective sites and perform start-up activities, including regulatory documents and budget negotiations.
• Train sites to collect data accurately and report safety events.
• Oversee site activities during study maintenance and close-out.
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
• Ensure informed consent and regulatory compliance in remote settings.
