In this remote role, you will manage client communications, perform CRM data entry, schedule calls, review portfolio context, and escalate issues according to internal rules, ensuring top-tier service

Competenze

• Experience in client-facing support or relationship roles.

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation within compliance rules.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA discipline, and conduct authorized proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags or issues and escalate according to company compliance rules.
