Assetara Limited in Milan district is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients within the Assetara workspace, delivering professional, warm, concierge-level account assistance while maintaining strict data protection and compliance.

In this remote role, you will manage client communications, perform CRM data entry, schedule calls, review portfolio context, and escalate issues according to internal rules, ensuring top-tier service

Qualifications

Experience in client-facing support or relationship roles.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and documentation.
Ability to follow strict compliance and security guidelines.

Responsibilities

Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation within compliance rules.
Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, maintain SLA discipline, and conduct authorized proactive outreach.
CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system.
Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags or issues and escalate according to company compliance rules.
