Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking an Adolescent/Child Safeguarding & Exploitation Specialist to oversee risk assessments, develop safeguarding protocols, and ensure compliance across global operations in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, train staff on recognizing signs of exploitation, and coordinate with external agencies to address safeguarding issues, with a focus on ethical standards and protecting vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Experience in child protection, safeguarding, or related fields.
• Knowledge of international child protection frameworks (UNCRC) and local safeguarding law.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks and design mitigation strategies.
• Ability to conduct confidential investigations into exploitation cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify threats to adolescent and child safety.
• Develop and update safeguarding policies aligned with regulations and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on safeguarding protocols.
• Investigate reported incidents, document findings, and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including law enforcement and child protection agencies.
