TeamFeePay is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Representative based in Italy to lead growth in the Italian market. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—engaging with clubs, federations and regional football networks to position TFP as the platform of choice for grassroots football.

This role requires SaaS sales experience and a solid understanding of how Italian grassroots sport works.

• Must own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Must understand Italian grassroots sport, clubs and federations.

Mansioni

• Brand Ambassador: represent TeamFeePay in your region and grow the footprint with clubs and federations.
• Solution Sales: learn, demo, and sell the system; tailor solutions to client needs.
• Club Management: collaborate with onboarding to onboard clubs effectively and nurture them.
• Travel: plan and execute travel to larger clubs, events and team meetings.
• Pipeline Management: track and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce for accurate reporting.
• Continual Improvement: review and suggest improvements for automation and efficiency.
