The role emphasizes rigorous evaluation, debugging, and stress testing to ensure robust agent behavior. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and can work with live tools and APIs.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations.
