Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience coordinating multi-stage tasks and integrating tools with live services.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces and improve reliability.
• Stress Test Agent under various scenarios.
