Outlier is seeking a freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agents for real-world tasks. You’ll work remotely, with flexible hours, and earn up to $50 USD per hour based on expertise and project needs.

Responsibilities include creating evaluation rubrics, debugging agent traces, and stress testing complex coordination workflows. Prior success in modular, production-grade software is valued.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments with multi-turn interactions.
• Ability to give precise, high-density technical feedback on system behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent behavior.
• Debug agent traces and improve tracing outputs.
• Stress test agent performance under load and edge cases.
