Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Build production-grade software with modular separation (services for data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• High attention to detail with clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have multi-stage coordination tasks and live-tool integration experience.
