You will work on training and evaluating agent systems, collaborating with AI teams, and delivering production-grade components for live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, experience with modular architectures, and comfort handling multi-turn interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on system behaviors.
