ModSquad is seeking detail-oriented, Italian-speaking professionals with strong English proficiency to join our Content Annotation team. You will review music, podcasts, and audiobooks, applying cultural insights to ensure accurate content representation for audiences worldwide.

The role emphasizes careful listening, online verification, and consistent documentation in English. The position is remote and operates on Pacific Time hours (5:00 AM–4:00 PM PST).

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual: Italian as primary language and strong English proficiency.
• Good understanding of Italian culture and local content.
• Experience with content annotation, rating, or evaluation, with applying defined criteria.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate music, podcasts, audiobooks, and related search scenarios with accuracy and cultural awareness.
• Understand content, context, and user intent using language expertise.
• Document findings and questions in English, and complete tasks within 1–2 week project timelines across rotating types.
• Incorporate feedback and escalate questions when clarification is needed.
