A leading renewable energy firm is seeking an Asset Integration Manager in Turbigo, Italy. The role involves supporting development, engineering, and construction phases of projects, ensuring smooth transitions to Asset Management. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of 8 years' experience, and a strong technical background in solar projects. Competenze

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience in wind or other renewables could be considered.

Mansioni

• Develop OPEX and validate CAPEX cost projections for new projects.
• Actively participate in project engineering reviews for new projects.
• Manage Early Commissioning Audits and Site Acceptance Inspections.
• Support local AM business unit in AM/O&M personnel training.

Strong technical background in solar and/or BESS projects

Leadership and influence skills

Ability to work collaboratively
