Alignerr is seeking a Search Quality Evaluator (AI Training) to assess search results, AI answers, and content recommendations. This fully remote, flexible role requires strong critical thinking and excellent written English skills.

No technical AI background is required, and candidates can work 10–40 hours per week. You will evaluate relevance, provide concise explanations, and handle a range of topics across tasks at your own pace.
