Job summary

YO AI Labs in Rome seeks an experienced Technical Writer / Editor on a contractor basis to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content for a customer project. You will apply writing, editing, and critical analysis skills to assess prompts and model outputs.

This role emphasizes independent work, strict deadlines, and remote collaboration with project managers and reviewers, using your English proficiency and editorial judgment to raise clarity, tone, and instructional value.

Qualifications

• Native-level English with excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, content evaluation.
• Strong clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review and annotation platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.
• Experience with AI systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses against prompts.
• Assess clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence, and usefulness.
• Provide scores, rationales, and actionable feedback.
