Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Rome to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code for training AI systems to think like real developers. You’ll write solutions, review outputs, and provide expert feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter and more reliable.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You’ll work across languages, identify bugs, and design prompts to stress‑test AI capabilities while explaining decisions clearly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient reading, writing and reasoning about code with clarity.
• Strong problem-solving and systematic debugging approach.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
