Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Construction Eng.
Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, tender prep, or technical review.
Ability to interpret specs, drawings, bills of quantities, and contracts.
Proficiency with Excel/Calc for formulas and budget reconciliation.
Strong English and Spanish reading proficiency for project docs.

Responsibilities

Design realistic civil engineering tasks based on workflows.
Interpret tender documents, specs, drawings, schedules, pricing.
Prepare and verify quantity schedules, takeoffs, cost estimates, budgets.
Match work to pricing entries, check materials, units, conversions, scope.
Identify conflicts, missing info, duplicates; document implications.
Create reference solutions with traceable calculations and justified assumptions.
Review AI outputs and verify reference answers for accuracy.
Collaborate to define reproducible tasks and evaluation criteria.
