Boehringer Ingelheim in Noventa Padovana, Italy, seeks a Reliability Maintenance Engineer to enhance equipment reliability, optimize maintenance strategies, and support compliant manufacturing. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Quality, HSE, and global engineering to reduce failures and improve asset performance.

The role requires a mechanical/industrial/chemical/automation engineering background and about two years in reliability or maintenance within regulated environments.

Competenze

• Degree in engineering required (Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Automation or related).
• Around 2 years of reliability/maintenance/manufacturing engineering experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, RCM and preventive maintenance optimization.

Mansioni

• Analyze equipment performance and failure history to identify reliability improvements.
• Develop and optimize preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Lead or support root cause analysis, FMEA, and CAPA related to maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Monitor reliability indicators: MTBF, MTTR, backlog, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Ensure proper CMMS usage and maintain asset master data and spare parts strategy.
