Bayer in Garbagnate Milanese seeks a Reliability Engineer to join the EMEX team. You will analyze technical data, support CMMS usage (SAP FAM, TMM), and drive reliability improvements to reduce unplanned downtime.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree and 2+ years in maintenance, with strong data analysis, lean methods, and good Italian and English. Full-time role with competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or related technical area.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present insights clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide data-driven analyses of technical data and enrich with OT support.
• Support problem solving during breakdowns or process instabilities with data mining or simulations.
• Act as CMMS on-site Key User, supporting SAP FAM and TMM transactions, planning and improvements.
• Collaborate to monitor KPIs (OEE, downtime, maintenance schedule adherence) and drive improvements.
