Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or scientific subject
• 2+ years of experience in the maintenance space
• Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage or cosmetics industry preferred
• Strong digital mindset, data analysis capabilities and presentation skills
• Teamwork and continuous improvement mindset
• Lean management methodologies experience
• Proficiency in Italian and English

Responsibilities

• Provides analyses of available technical data and enriches them with support from OT to deliver data-driven insights and support ownership across functions.
• Supports problem solving during breakdowns or process instabilities with data mining, simulations or parallel technical perspectives to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Acts as a Key User on CMMS SAP FAM and TMM, assisting users with transactions, tools and maintenance procedures including asset management, planning, work orders, calibrations and spare parts management.
• Collaborates with EMEX and Manufacturing to set targets and oversee KPI performance (OEE, unplanned downtimes, maintenance schedule adherence, work order adherence).
• Contributes to Progressive Maintenance lean initiatives within Product Supply System to move toward zero losses and cost optimization.
• Helps define standardized procedures, tools and KPI tracking across EMEX and related plant areas, ensuring compliance and inspection readiness.
• Maintains Asset Criticality Analysis and supports asset replacement decisions with data and feedback from process owners.
• Identifies opportunities to improve reliability and reduce total cost of ownership through condition-based maintenance and monitoring.
