Dil Studio in Milan is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead regulatory activities for biocides and pest control products, ensuring compliance across markets and supporting product development and commercialization.

Reporting to the Group Technical Director, you will manage dossiers, liaise with authorities, and guide launches with R&D, Quality, Production, and Marketing teams in a dynamic international environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in Regulatory Affairs within biocides/chemical sectors.
• Strong knowledge of European and Italian regulatory frameworks (BPR, REACH, CLP).
• Proven experience preparing regulatory dossiers and interacting with authorities.
• Excellent written communication and document management skills.

Regulatory Affairs Manager | Biocides & Pest Control | Milan

Our Client is an international company headquartered in Milan, a leader in the development and commercialization of biocides, insecticides for both professional and consumer use, and pest control solutions, with a strong focus on naturally derived and sustainable formulations.

To strengthen its regulatory structure, we are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager who will play a key role in regulatory compliance and in supporting the development and market introduction of new products.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Technical Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of regulatory activities, ensuring full compliance of the biocidal product portfolio and supporting the business in product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance of the biocides and insecticides portfolio across relevant markets.
• Monitor and interpret European and national regulatory developments (BPR, REACH, CLP), assessing business impact and defining required actions.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers (authorizations, renewals, notifications, variations).
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, external consultants and industry associations.
• Support and guide new product launches in close cooperation with R&D, Quality, Production and Marketing/Commercial teams.
• Coordinate regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Represent the company in technical working groups and industry forums.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline.
• Significant experience in Regulatory Affairs within the biocides, chemical or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the European and Italian regulatory framework (BPR, REACH, CLP).
• Proven experience managing regulatory dossiers and interacting with competent authorities.
• Solid cross-functional coordination skills and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent technical writing and complex document management capabilities.
