Honeywell invites applications for Senior Application/System Engineer in Pavia, Lombardy, Italy. You will provide technical and commercial support for turbomachinery control solutions within CCC, bridging engineering and sales to win regional opportunities.

You will act as regional SME for TMC optimization, lead seminars, coordinate with Account Managers and customers to tailor CCC solutions, and guide site surveys, startups, training, and proposals throughout the sales cycle.

Competenze

Permanent contract (Italy).
Five years of experience in control systems engineering or related field.
Experience in Oil & Gas is preferred.
Native proficiency in Italian or Dutch and strong English communication.
Eligible to obtain work visa or work permit for field assignments.
International driver’s license preferred.

Mansioni

Provide technical and commercial support for brownfield and greenfield opportunities, validating and presenting CCC solutions.
Act as regional SME for TMC optimization and support sales activities in conjunction with Account Managers.
Lead site surveys, startups, training, and assist with proposal, contract, and scope reviews.
Serve on Project Review Boards for regional projects.
Be the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with customers and internal teams to advocate CCC solutions.
Lead regional technology seminars, sales events, and customer workshops to demonstrate CCC capabilities and build relationships.
Develop regional technical expertise through customer engagement and mentoring project teams to drive solution adoption.
Follow all safety policies and adapt to change as required.
