Cosentino is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for our Bari distribution center to lead sales strategy and grow the Puglia market. You will cultivate client relationships, present Cosentino products, and drive sales in remodeling, home improvement, and fabrication sectors.

As a successful Account Manager you will work with multiple segments, manage CRM records, and coordinate with the Sales Team to execute business strategy in the area.

Competenze

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of experience interacting with multiple levels within commercial projects.
• Experience with customer databases and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell Cosentino products to current and potential clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication.
• Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.
• Ensure customers have marketing materials, manage CRM entries, provide quotes, and schedule visits.
• Collaborate with Cosentino Center staff and other Account Managers to achieve goals.
