Hilti Italia in Milan is seeking a Regional Process Expert in Finance to partner with local and global teams, driving end-to-end processes across OTC, PTP and GL, while leading standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives including ERP rollout.

You will implement improvements, support compliance, train SSC teams, and collaborate across 27+ countries to shape a smart, stable finance platform with S4C.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business or IT.
• Experience in Finance processes (OTC, PTP, GL) in an international environment.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience in automation (e.g. RPA, macros, digital tools).
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Fluency in English.

The Regional Process Expert (RPE) Finance acts as a business partner to Finance teams and Shared Service Centers to establish best-in-class end-to-end Finance processes across Account Receivable (OTC), Account Payable (PTP), General Ledger (GL) with a strong focus on process standardization, automation, digitalization and continuous improvement. The role contributes to the development and execution of functional strategies, including process standardization, digitalization, automation, compliance and continuous improvement. The RPE operates in a global environment, collaborating across more than 27 countries with local and global stakeholders. You play a critical role in driving finance transformation, including the implementation of a new ERP system (S4C), while ensuring stability and performance of existing systems.

What You’ll Do

As Finance Process Expert, you will drive finance accounting projects and tool implementations across OTC, PTP and GL processes, ensuring harmonization and efficiency across regions and different finance department (ex procurement, payroll, credit,…) . You will identify, design and implement end-to-end process improvements leveraging automation (e.g. RPA) and digital solutions. You will act as a key partner for local finance teams, SSC, and global stakeholders. You should grant compliance to local and tax regulation.

You Will

• Act as connector between global, regional and local entities ensuring adherence to global standards while considering local requirements
• Identify and implement end-to-end finance process improvements using automation and Continuos Improment Process methodologies
• Design and deploy automation solutions for repetitive finance processes across all different finance departments (accounting, payroll, procurement,…)
• Act as business partner to SSC, Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure compliance and support Internal Control System (ICS) improvements
• Train and support Finance and SSC teams to drive operational excellence
• Ensure compliance process with local requirements and tax regulations involving if necessary Global team to improve /implement tools
• Drive ERP implementation initiatives, including rollout of S4C
• Act as first point of contact for process-related questions and operational issues

Compensation and Employment Terms

• Full-time long term contract
• Classification under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio) I liv.
• Annual gross salary plus target variable compensation, with a total target remuneration of no less than €45.000
• Meal vouchers worth €8 for each day worked

Actual compensation will be determined based on objective criteria such as professional experience, technical skills, role responsibilities, and qualifications, in line with our principles of fairness, transparency, and equal pay.
