Job summary
Mundipharma is seeking a strategic Key Account Manager to drive access and commercial success for the Anti-Infectives portfolio across key Italian regions. You will partner with hospitals, regional decision-makers, and clinical influencers to ensure patients gain access to innovative therapies addressing unmet medical needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Healthcare, or related field.
- Fluency in Italian and good working English.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Italy.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
- Experience within Anti-Infectives, hospital care, or related areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic and commercial plans across all assigned healthcare accounts within your territory.
- Identify access opportunities and implement customer-centric solutions that support product access strategies.
- Manage and grow relationships with hospitals, healthcare authorities, procurement bodies, and clinical decision-makers.
- Drive implementation of national and regional strategic initiatives within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated account strategies across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing.
