Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and execute strategic account plans across Lombardia, Veneto, and Trentino-Alto Adige, improving product access and relationships with hospitals and regional healthcare institutions.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to drive commercial success while ensuring compliance with Farmaindustria regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and commercial plans across all assigned healthcare accounts.
• Identify access opportunities and implement customer-centric solutions.
• Manage and grow relationships with hospitals, authorities, procurement bodies, and clinicians.
• Provide market insights to support territory action planning and launches.
• Support strategic planning and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
