Job summary

Copeland in Belluno, Italy is seeking a Laboratory Technician (Refrigeration) to join the Innovation Lab. You will perform functional and performance testing on electronic controllers for commercial refrigeration, prepare test benches, collect data, and produce detailed reports.

The role supports product development, calibration of lab equipment, and collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams in an onsite laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in electronics or electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with measurement instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read electrical schematics for controllers and applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test requirements and plan test procedures for functional and performance tests.
• Prepare test benches, install and position instrumentation.
• Execute functional and performance tests on electronic controllers in refrigeration systems.
• Monitor, collect, and analyze test data and report results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain lab documentation.
