You will win new business, build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers, and contribute to growth through proactive sales activity, with competitive base salary and uncapped commission.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or CRM within a recruitment agency.
• Proven track record of winning and growing new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A commercially driven mindset with target achievement focus.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Additional European languages are advantageous.
