David Lloyd Clubs Italia SRL in Arese, Italy, is seeking a passionate Reception Supervisor to act as Duty Manager, leading the Reception team to welcome members and deliver a premium experience.

You will mentor staff and ensure service excellence both face-to-face and by phone, working with management to uphold the club’s high standards and culture. This role offers growth through internal training and career development.

• Has previous experience managing a customer service led team.
• An overall passion for customer service.
