YellowSquare in Italy is offering a cross-training Internship/Stage program in Rome, Milan, or Florence. You will be trained in both Reception and Bar to build a 360-degree foundation in hospitality. After the internship, there is a high chance of being hired, based on open roles.

We seek candidates with a tourism/hospitality background, strong language skills in Italian and English, and a can-do attitude. Shifts rotate weekly and end by 22:00, with full-time weekly hours.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism / Hospitality Management (enrolled students or graduates).
• Fluent Italian and English; extra languages are a plus.
• Shift flexibility with weekly rotation between mornings and evenings.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for human connection.

• Contract Type: Extracurricular Internship/Stage (3 months + 3 months).
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Compensation: €800 gross per month + free meals.

What are we looking for?

• Shift Flexibility: Shifts rotate weekly between mornings and evenings (no longer than 22:00).
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism / Hospitality Management (currently enrolled students or graduates).
• Positive Attitude: A "can-do" mindset and a genuine passion for human connection.
• Languages: Fluent Italian and English (any extra language is a massive plus!).
