Job summary

YellowSquare in Italy offers a cross-training Internship/Stage across Rome, Milan and Florence. You will be trained in both Reception and Bar to build a 360-degree hospitality foundation and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

The extracurricular internship runs 40 hours per week and includes compensation of €800 gross per month plus meals, with shifts rotating between mornings and evenings. Afterward, a high chance of being hired exists depending on open roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism / Hospitality Management, or current student/graduate.
• Fluent Italian and English with a can-do mindset and genuine passion for people.
• Willingness to rotate between Reception and Bar during training.

Responsibilities

• Support guests and team, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

• Languages: Fluent Italian and English (any extra language is a massive plus!).
