Alter Domus is seeking an accounting professional to join our finance team in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment. You will contribute to day‑to‑day and period closes, analyze variances, and assist with VAT and regulatory reporting.

You'll support the annual audit, collaborate with external parties, and help drive continuous improvements and standardization across processes. A degree in accounting or related field is required, with 2–3 years of experience preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or economics.
• 2 to 3 years experience of the relevant experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
• You are fluent in both English and French.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to check and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team spirit, ability to work in demanding and high-pressure environment, initiative to act when appropriate.

Mansioni

• Actively contribute to the day-to-day and month-end, quarter-end and year-end books close process (incl. recording of accruals/prepaids, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts).
• Investigating full balance sheet and profit and loss variances against different benchmarks and providing variance analysis and explanations as part of the books closing process.
• Actively supporting the preparation of VAT, tax returns and other regulatory reporting.
• Involvement in the annual audit process and preparation of the annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with external parties as may be required.
• Actively contributing to improvement initiatives, standardization, re-engineering of processes and controls, and implementation of best practices.
