Sécheron Hasler Italia is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join the Integration Verification & Testing Department. You will work with IVT and Product Integrity Managers to write test cases and perform functional testing on railway-grade electronic devices.

Responsibilities include developing test strategies, specifying tests, scripting automated executions, and documenting results. Travel within Europe may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in industry.
• Good written and spoken English (B1 level preferred).
• Experience in software design and/or testing of electronic equipment, preferably in railway/industrial sectors.
• Experience with test equipment and LabVIEW/SCPI is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Analyze system and software requirements.
• Develop test strategies for various levels (distributed system to board).
• Define test specifications and automate where possible.
• Create scripts for automated test execution.
• Define test benches with hardware/software resources.
• Create test documentation (plans, procedures, reports).
• Execute tests and draft reports with Polarion/related systems.
• Track test cases to requirements and report progress.
• Identify and classify bugs in issue trackers.
• Report on test progress and outcomes.
