Alstom seeks a Project V&V Engineer to define and execute test plans for SW and system functionalities, both in laboratory and on-site environments, across Italy.

The role requires an engineering degree and strong teamwork, with weekly field availability. English proficiency is essential and software development skills are a plus. Modules may be tested at Bologna, Rome or Bari sites with a competitive salary range.

Competenze

• University engineering degree in Informatics, Electronics, Automation, IT, Telecom or equivalent.
• Strong teamworking attitude.
• Availability to perform on-field activities weekly in Italy.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Software development skill and attitude is a plus.

Mansioni

• Define plan of tests and identify tests for laboratory and on-site execution.
• Configure test tools and test benches for testing activities.
• SW testing sessions/process in cooperation with other testing engineers.
• Apply standard V&V methods and change management per Alstom standards.
• Run and report V&V tests for SW and data, deliver acceptance reports.
