Alstom in Bologna is seeking a Project V&V Engineer to test IXL/ETCS/System functionalities on challenging mobility projects. You will join the V&V Team and coordinate with engineering colleagues across Italy.

You should hold a University Engineering degree in Informatics, Electronics, Automation, IT or Telecom, be available for on-site field activities, speak good English, and bring a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Competenze

• University Engineering degree in Informatics, Electronics, Automation, IT, Telecom or equivalent
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Availability to perform on field activities on a weekly basis (Italy)
• Software development skill is a plus

Project V&V Engineer

Purpose of the job

Testing IXL/ETCS/System functionalities.

Organisational Reporting

• Direct report line to V&V Team Leader
• Dotted report line to Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) (during project execution)

We require

University Engineering degree in Informatics, Electronics, Automation, IT, Telecom or equivalent Strong teamworking attitude Availability to perform on field activities on a weekly basis (at Country Italy level) Good command of written and spoken english Software development skill and attitude is a plus
