Sécheron Hasler Italia is seeking an Electronics HW PCB Designer to join its hardware development team. The successful candidate will design PCBs for electronic railway devices, apply DFM/DFT practices, and collaborate with the R&D Hardware Manager.

You will create PCBA layouts, update component libraries, and coordinate with mechanical engineers to ensure proper integration of electronic and mechanical systems, while contributing to electrical schematics and documentation.

Competenze

• Diploma in electronics or degree in electronic engineering required.
• 1–2 years of experience in electronic hardware design, preferably in railway, automotive, aerospace or related sectors.
• Basic knowledge of drawing standards and IPC guidelines.
• Proficiency with PCB layout and/or schematic entry tools (OrCAD, Mentor, Altium).

Mansioni

• Design PCBs in line with internal guidelines and product hardware requirements, including DFM/DFT considerations.
• Create PCBA layouts and collaborate with the internal hardware designer and PCB suppliers.
• Maintain and update the electronic component library per procedures.
• Coordinate with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of electronic and mechanical components.
• Assist in preparing electrical schematics and PCBA documentation.
