Hitachi Rail STS S.P.A. in Genova, Italy is seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to organize, manage, and coordinate a construction site with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The role involves travel across Italy and collaboration with contractors, site management, and the client to ensure timelines and quality. Responsibilities include planning and reporting, overseeing materials and personnel, and maintaining adherence to PSC/POS and environmental standards.

Competenze

• Proven experience in site supervision, ideally in signalling, infrastructure, or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08).
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and project specifications.
• Availability for national business travel.

Mansioni

• Plan site setup, workflows, schedules, and allocate equipment.
• Supervise personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safety.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Decree 81/08 and PSC/POS.
• Coordinate with Site Manager, manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Oversee materials, progress, and reporting (SAL).
• Maintain quality and environmental compliance.
• Identify and address technical or logistical issues to prevent delays.
• Certify monthly work progress statements (SAL).
