Job summary

Fountain Life seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging at a technical level under physician direction. The role includes cross-training in CT, DEXA, and MRI, while delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care and maintaining patient privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program or equivalent hospital-based program.
• Possess a current ARRT certification and State of Florida license with IV injection permission
• ARRT Certification eligible in MRI, Cat Scan and/or Bone Densitometry (Experience in Cardiac CTA helpful)
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Operate Cat Scan, DEXA and diagnostic X-ray equipment per policy
• Prepare and position patients for CT, DEXA and radiographic procedures; ensure modesty and privacy
• Provide PPE in accordance with safety standards and policies
• Perform quality control duties and assist with equipment checks
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain history signatures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report unsafe conditions
• Assist with training new employees as needed
• Handle stressful situations calmly and maintain priorities
• Maintain patient records and reports as required
