Alphabet Racing Italia is seeking a skilled Race Engineer to join our single-seater motorsport team. You will run one car during DIL sessions and races, manage a small car team, and lead simulation and DIL setup preparation with the Lead Race Engineer and Racing Director.

Your work in data analysis and event reporting will be crucial to peak on-track performance. The role requires strong leadership, rapid data-driven decisions, and extensive experience with racing tools and vehicle dynamics.

Competenze

Strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Data-driven, rational decisions under tight deadlines.
Experience running racing simulations and DIL; background in car, tire, aero models.
Engineering or Master’s degree with strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, tires, and aerodynamics.
Extensive experience with racing tools and data software (MM, data management, KPIs).
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to race and test events.
