Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is seeking an R&D-oriented candidate to assist the team in understanding components and their critical aspects in tire manufacturing. You will produce KPI reports from collected data and support the team with technical documents, certifications, and test results.

The role emphasizes soft skills, English fluency, and a data-driven approach, with familiarity in Python, CAD, and MS Office. This is an on-site position based in Milan, offering growth and development opportunities.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical topics.
Soft Skills: Interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English. An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques, a preference for data-driven decision making.
Hard skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CAD software. Basic skills in Python are appreciated.

Mansioni

Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.
Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.
Understanding and supporting the team about technical documentations, legal certifications and testing results.
