Chiesi Research & Development is seeking an experienced professional to lead long-term R&D planning and portfolio analysis in Parma, with global relevance. You will forecast pipeline value, costs, and headcount, coordinating with finance and project teams to support strategic decisions.

The role requires expert data analytics, strong collaboration across functions, and proficiency with planning tools such as Planisware and SAP. A strategic mindset and language fluency in English are essential.
