Ferrero is seeking an R&D Packaging Process Manager to lead the development of new packaging and production processes from concept to industrialization. You will support engineers, manage trials in Ferrero factories, and drive innovations in packaging materials and technologies while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a Master's in Mechanical, Electronic, or Materials Engineering, strong leadership, fluent English and Italian, and willingness to travel

Competenze

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Materials Engineering.
• Experience in packaging, process development, or industrial R&D.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and operate in international contexts.

Mansioni

• Develop new packaging and related processes per Stage‑Gate approach.
• Validate PoP for early stage processes with machinery suppliers.
• Lead trials in Ferrero factories during pilot phase and ensure KPI compliance including cost management.
• Proactively scout new packaging technologies and materials.
• Manage lifecycle of packaging projects from design to homologation.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
