Job summary

Qualifications

• Master degree in mechanical, biomechanical, biomedical or material engineering.
• Experience in medium complexity product development for healthcare devices.
• Good understanding of safety standards and ergonomics impact of a design.
• Basic knowledge of injection mould design for engineering polymers and elastomers.
• Ability to report to management and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Translate market insights and user needs into technical specifications and product roadmaps.
• Lead definition of patient-centric product requirements to enhance ergonomics and clinical efficacy.
• Conduct techno-economic feasibility analyses for product viability and alignment with company goals.
• Contribute to the IP portfolio through engineering solutions.
