• Experience in managing, coaching and developing teams
• Many years of progressively broader leadership responsibilities in comparable roles
• Experience leading multidisciplinary organizations through growth and transformation
• Experience contributing to industrialisation and optimisation of products
• Strong scientific and engineering foundation with hands-on industrial experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Mansioni

• Support and oversee the department staff and ensure they work in accordance with quality, cGMP, HSE requirements and regulations
• Identify best design, development and manufacturing strategies from prototyping to product launch
• Develop innovative device products, manufacturing and testing technologies
• Participate in due diligences for in-licensing opportunities
• Define IP strategies and patents
• Manage strategic vendors including design agencies, CMOs, labs, consultants
• Ensure successful transfer of device product and specs to Manufacturing or CMO
• Prepare and revise SOPs and processes
• Develop staff and allocate resources to activities
• Act as centre of excellence for medical devices and combination products
• Contribute to device project portfolio and resources planning
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance
• Review and approve Design Controls documentation
• Expertise in device quality, risk management, manufacturing, and regulatory frameworks
